Minor external works include: (a) west elevation: new ramp and railing to front door; (b) north elevation: replacement doors and security bollards; (c) east elevation: mechanical plant; new barrier across shuttered loading doors and replacement doors. Marking out of car parking spaces and one van space for loading; and all other ancillary works required to complete the development
