To retain changes made to a dwelling to that granted under PL 786297 dated 19th July 1978 at Carragh, Granard, Co Longford. The items to be retained are as follows; a single storey extension to the western side of the dwelling, change of use of an attached domestic garage to a living area on the east elevation, to retain an existing window in place of two doors to the south elevation, and changes to doors and windows to the north and eastern elevation. To retain an existing detached garage for domestic use only. And permission to decommission the existing septic tank and percolation area and connect to the public sewer to the south of the dwelling and attached ancillary site works
