Will consist of a) relocation of gas tanks, demolition of existing toilets and construction of a new single-storey extension comprising two classroom special needs unit with central activity space, multisensory room, office, storage, toilets and other related SNU accommodation, one mainstream classroom, two set rooms replacement toilets and link corridor with associated site development works. b) new onsite SNU set down area to the front, accessed from the Dublin Road through two new roller gates, raised pedestrian crossings, and appropriate road signage to Dublin Road. c) alterations to the layout of existing staff carpark to the rear, with new gas tanks compound, line marking with two accessible parking spaces. d) replacing existing grass areas, with two new hard play areas, to the north-west of the existing school buildings
