The proposed works of which permission is now being sought consist of permission to finish all external works, utilities and services as granted under PL04/1298 and permission to construct 6 no. two storey dwellings which are currently at structural slab level and permission to construct 5 no. two storey dwellings of which have not been started and ancillary works
