Change of use from existing domestic storage outbuilding to 3 self-catering tourist accommodation (bed and breakfast) units, of which contains two units on ground floor level (accessible) and one unit on first floor level. Permission is sought for a single storey extension to the southwest of the existing storage building and to raise the existing roof height from 5.68m to 6.46m to allow for habitable accommodation on the first floor and to raise the existing lean-too eaves height from 1.4m to 2.4m. Permission is also sought for amendments to the existing elevations to allow for window and door openings. Permission is also sought to install a secondary treatment system & polishing filter and all associated site works at the above address. The development consists of carrying out works within the curtilage of a protected structure, (Shrule Glebe-reg no. 13402610)
