To retain & complete the works to the existing dwelling on site. Retention permission consists retaining an extension (33.3sqm) to the Northeast of the existing dwelling and retention of roof (raised from 6.12m to 6.61m). Permission is also sought to complete the dwelling consisting of the installation of windows, completing stonework on southeast and northeast elevations and all associated site works. Permission is also sought to construct a storey & half extension (216.7sqm) to the rear (Northwest) of the existing dwelling, consisting of a kitchen, utility, 2 no. bedrooms with ensuites & walk-in-wardrobes and an office at ground floor level. Permission on the first-floor level, consists a bedroom and ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Permission is also sought to upgrade the existing septic tank on site by install a secondary treatment system and soil polishing filter and all associated site works
