Permission for the following: 1. Demolition of existing single storey store to the rear of the property. This will include the removal and rebuilding a portion of boundary wall. 2. Convert the existing first floor into a one bedroom apartment. 3. Convert the existing second floor into a second one bedroom apartment. 4. Construction of a three storey extension to the rear of the property to accommodate a fire escape staircase for the apartments and to replace the store and toilet of the existing ground floor retail unit. 5. Construct a standalone single storey bicycle/caretakers store. 6. External works will include a bin storage area, walled garden and connection into the existing storm, foul and water services including all other associated site works.
