The extension provides for 11 additional bedrooms at 2 & 3 stories increasing the total bedrooms in the hotel to 113. The proposed development will also provide for all associated site development works including, additional car parking; additional bicycle parking; alterations to ground levels; open space, landscaping and boundary treatments; public lighting and services.
