Permission to demolish the existing dwelling house and replace with a new bungalow style dwelling, connection to all existing services. Construction to include all associated site development works. 3. Permission to convert and use the current unauthorised structure (which is to be retained as part of this permission) as a temporary habitable dwelling space for the applicant's family during the period of the proposed new dwelling construction. 4. On completion of dwelling construction work this structure is to be converted into a commercial store.
