Incorporation of the site previously associated with Bank of Ireland into the Earl House site for the purposes of car parking for the Earl House site. The demolition of existing concrete slab within the site of the extended car park. The construction of an extended dividing wall, splitting the adjacent plot into two, while expanding the existing car park footprint providing additional no. 14 car park spaces (excluding the removal of an existing 5 no. spaces), providing a net increase of 9 no. spaces to the existing car park
