(11no. units in total), alterations include change of house types for unit no.s 13,14, 15, 22, 23, 24 & 25 Bothar Glas (7no. units in total). The house types for unit no. 13, will change from Unit Type LV5 (3 bed two storey terraced dwelling) to LV7c (4 bed two storey detached dwelling). The house type for unit no. 14, will change from Unit Type LV5 (3 bed two storey terraced dwelling) to LV4b (3 bed, two storey semi-detached dwelling). The house type for unit no. 15, will change from Unit Type LV4 (3 bed two storey terraced dwelling) to LV4b (3 bed, two storey semi-detached dwelling). The house types for unit no.s 22, 23 & 24 will change from Unit Types LV4 & LV5 (3 bed two storey terraced dwellings) to LV7d (4 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings). The house types for unit no. 25 will change from Unit Types LV4 (3 bed two storey terraced dwelling) to LV7e (4 bed two storey semi-detached dwelling). All required site development works, including roads, drainage, lighting and all site services to remain as per the granted permission (approved under planning ref. no. 22/362 and ABP ref. 314889-22)
