The proposed development consists of 15 no. dwellings, comprised of 5 no. 2 storey, 4 bed detached & semi-detached houses, and 10 no. 2 storey 3 bed terraced houses. Vehicular access to the development will be from Listoke Avenue to the north, which is located off Ballymakenny Road to the west, and via internal roads in the overall Listoke development. The proposed development also includes for all associated site development works, landscaping and boundary treatments, car parking, etc. on an overall site area of c. 0.6 hectares. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report has been prepared in respect of the proposed development
