CHANGE OF USE OF TWO 56sqm APARTMENTS INTO TWO SEPARATE OFFICE/COMMERCIAL UNITS. THE APARTMENTS ARE LOCATED ON THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOORS OF THE STRUCTURE. ALSO, PERMISSION IS SOUGHT TO REPLACE THE EXISTING PVC WINDOWS ON THE FRONT AND REAR ELEVATIONS WITH TRADITIONAL SASH WINDOWS. THE WINDOWS TO BE TIMBER WITH ALUMINIUM CLADDING. ALSO PERMISSION IS SOUGHT TO REMOVE THE EXISTING TIMBER WINDOW AND DOOR FRAME ON THE GROUND FLOOR COMMERCIAL UNIT AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW TIMBER AND MATCHING ALUCLAD FRAME. THE NEW FRAME WILL BE MOVED 500mm FORWARD OF THE EXISTING WINDOW FRAME TO BRING IT IN LINE WITH THE EXISTING FRONT FACADE
