ELEMENT C - A SINGLE STOREY FLAT ROOF BLOCK COMPRISING THREE NUMBER WORKSHOPS. ELEMENT D - A BARREL ROOFED STRUCTURE COMPRISING STORAGE AREA INCLUDING PREMISSION FOR A CANOPY ELEMENT TO EXTERNAL COVERED WALKWAY.
