The development will consist of creating new toilet facilities, creating additional shop floor space, an extension to first floor warehouse, a new 2 bedroom apartment at first floor level over “JJ Glynn grocer and ironmonger” and alterations, removals and repairs to the adjacent existing shop site known as “JJ Glynn grocer and ironmonger” To include all necessary alterations to mechanical and electrical installations and to build a steel framed canopy over the main delivery area to the rear with provision for roof mounted plant equipment.
