Meath with access from Crenigans Banog to be known as 94 Crenigans Banog, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The development will consist of a) Change in roof pitch of main roof with a subsequent increase in ridge height of 1586mm, ridge of front gable subsequently increases in height by 524mm, 2 No. rooflights to the front elevation of the main roof and 6 No. rooflights to the rear elevation of the main roof, b) Internal elevations to layout including the conversion of the attic space to habitable accommodation, c) Minor elevational alterations. This application is running concurrently to a planning application for similar amendments to the neighbouring property to be known as 93 Crenigans Banog
