The development consists of the following: - (1) Development of 2 new GAA Pitches to the south west of the existing clubhouse including the provision of new 1200mm high fencing and training floodlights (2) Construction of a new Gym with office and changing facilities (3) Construction of a new workshop and plant storage facility (4) Provision a gravel walkway around the boundary of the entire land holding (5) Provision of a spectator stand to the Existing GAA Pitch 1 (6) Provision of a shelter including a digital score board and a toilet between the Existing GAA Pitch 2 and the Proposed GAA Pitch 4 and Proposed GAA Pitch 5 (7) Retention of the extension of the existing car parking to the east of the clubhouse (8) Retention of a new pedestrian footbridge across the Broadmeadow Stream along with all associated site works
