(C) To remove an existing percolation area, and to relocate an existing waste water treatment unit and install a new percolation area to serve the existing dwelling to the East of the site. (D) To install a new waste water treatment unit and percolation area to the rear (North) of the site to serve the new dwelling (E) To make a new entrance onto the road to serve the new development (F) All ancillary site development works.
