(iv) Refurbishment and construction of new 2120 m2 two storey extension (replacing existing temporary accommodations). (v) Newly configured approach - avenue to the east of the site - off Station Road with new road layout for both schools, bus and cars set-downs, staff car parks, improvement of the existing footpaths/cycle-lanes and all associated external works, hard play areas, soft landscaping, boundary treatment and new vehicular and pedestrian gates along Station Road
