Associated and ancillary buildings include a rollercoaster station structure (93 sqm Gross Floor Area (GFA), a toilet block (80 sqm GFA), a photo shop (10 sqm GFA) and a plant room (20 sqm GFA). The proposed development also incorporates internal paths connecting to the existing paths within the Park, landscaping, boundary treatments and infrastructure, together with all associated and ancillary development works on a site area of 0.305 ha.
