- 2560539Permission for a Large-Scale Residential Development - The proposed development will consist of 223no. residential dwellings (26no. 1 -bed, 50no. 2-bed, 138no. 3-bed and 9no. 4-bed) and a crèche. Provision is also made for future pedestrian/cycle connectivity to the west in keeping with Masterplan MP12.
