Planning Permission for: (1) To construct a link extension from existing dwelling to the family flat structure (2) To construct a new external wall to the entire exterior of the family flat structure with a rendered plaster finish (3) To fit a new roof finish to the family flat structure to match the main dwelling (4) To close up and de-commission an existing septic tank and percolation area and to install a new waste water treatment unit and percolation area (5) To close up an existing entrance to an adjacent paddock area (6) and all ancillary site works
