The proposed extension is to be connected back to existing via a new single-storey, flat-roofed glazed link. The extension will comprise of three bedrooms and bathroom facilities at first-floor level, with a new open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area at ground-floor level. The development will also include a new roof over the existing shed to rear of dwelling and associated hard landscaping works, including the formation of an external courtyard between the existing buildings and proposed extension; along with all ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate the proposal.
