House No. 23 has been altered from a semi-detached to a detached, four bed (house type C), Houses No. 24, 25, 26 and 27 have minor alterations to the window styles of the dwelling (house type B), houses No. 28 & 29 have been altered from a detached house to a semi-detached house (house type A). All chimneys previously granted have been removed from these dwellings. All other development and all associated site works will remain as per previously granted planning permission ref. no. TA30232(ABP Ref. PL17.207994)
