Modification to the previously granted planning application (Reg. Ref. AA/161308) to include: demolition of existing cow sheds and provision of new single storey Oratory. The application includes for an increase in area of the Oratory from 237m2 to 410m2 and increase in height from 6.7m to 8.6m. Alterations to all external elevations. Minor internal alterations to existing courtyard building. Conversion of existing bedroom on first floor level of existing courtyard building to gallery space overlooking Oratory. Additional dormer window to be removed from the courtyard building. New external shelter canopy at front entrance. The new Oratory is to be served by the previously approved sewage treatment system (Reg. Ref. AA/161308)
