The proposed development consists of 233no. residential units in a mixture of terraced and semi-detached houses, duplexes and apartments, ranging in height from 2 – 3 storeys as follows: - o 19no. 2-bed apartments and 19no. 3-bed duplexes (38 no. dwellings overall) are accommodated in 4no. buildings 3 storeys in height.
