(B) Within the same landholding and located circa. 180 metres east of the dwelling to be demolished, propose to construct a replacement single storied dwelling house and a detached domestic garage and to install a new septic tank and percolation area. (C) To make a new entrance onto the public road which will include the removal of an existing front hedge and bank to improve sightlines at the new entrance and also at the adjacent cross roads junction. (D) All ancillary site development works
