A 10 year planning permission for development which will consist of: 1) A new building of 3 levels over a basement that will provide Guestrooms, Lounge, Reception, Bar & associated facilities with a total area of 1975 m2; 2) The integration of the upstanding remains and cellars of the original Clonabreany House; 3) The removal of the existing temporary commercial licenced structure and its replacement with a new temporary commercial licensed structure of 347 m2 to facilitate the phased construction of the new permanent structures; 4) The reconfiguration of the existing service facilities - kitchens, stores and staff areas - to serve the new temporary commercial licensed structure (with no change in m2); 5) A new glazed link to the existing "Servants Wing"; 6) A new driveway to the new entrance of the new building; and 7) All associated site works. This is a Protected Structure
