The development will read in conjunction with 2 no. apartment blocks (C&D) containing 50 apartments and site works including new boundary walls and fencing, also at Platin/Duleek Road, Lagavooren Drogheda (separate application for permission for these apartments made concurrently to Drogheda Borough Council). An Environment Impact Statement has been carried out, an eis enclosed with this application.
