Units contained in the existing building (total area 1,583 sq.m.) destroyed by fire. The proposal will consist of two buildings (2 x 872.9 sq.m giving a total of 1,745.8 sq.m. which is a 10.28% increase on the original area destroyed by the fire) each containing 6 no. units of varying sizes. New internal access road, car & truck parking, along with all associated services, to include a new proprietary waste water treatment unit and polishing filter to serve the new buildings, service connections, site development & landscape works
