Said sheds are used primarily for spraying/painting of metal items and the short term storage of equipment & bulky goods. b) to retain the light industrial/commercial use of an existing shed (formerly of agricultural use). Said shed is used for sand-blasting. c) to construct a new storage shed, ancillary to the above sheds, for the short term storage of equipment & bulky goods. d) to retain hard surfaced areas, entrance points, gates, signage, etc. e) the provision of other associated ancillary site works including surfacing & drainage etc. All of the above is situated within the vicinity/curtilage of a protected structure, as listed in the Monaghan County Development Plan 2019-2025
