Permission for works which are to be retained, which relate to the provision of new wastewater arrangements for this development, comprise A) the decommissioning of an existing on-site foul effluent treatment system and B) the installation of a pump station, four 8,000 gallon storm tanks and a sump chamber as well as sewer pipe connection between the existing buildings on this site and the public road. Permission is also being sought as part of this application for the retention of an 125mm OD diameter rising main sewer pipe which runs beneath Local Road L-16302 between St. Patrick's Direct Provision Centre and the public sewerage system at Ballyalbany Crossroads Monaghan Town, via the townlands of Tattygare, Telaydan and Mullaghmore East (a total length of 900 metres), along with all ancillary works
