CONSTRUCTION OF (1) SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION TO EXISTING DOMESTIC DWELLING. THE PROPOSED REAR EXTENSION WILL BE APPROX. 60 SQ. M IN PLAN AREA. THE HEIGHT OF THE SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION IS APPROXIMATELY 3.6M TO EAVES. (2) CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TIMBER FRAMED CANOPY TO FRONT ENTRANCE OF EXISTING DWELLING. THE CANOPY WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 3.3M IN HEIGHT AND HAVE A PLAN AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 3.9 SQ.M. THE CANOPY WILL BE ROOFED TO MATCH THE EXISTING DOMESTIC DWELLING. (3) THE INSTALLATION OF SUITABLY DESIGNED AND SIZED SOLAR PV PANELS TO THE FRONT ROOF OF THE EXISTING BUILDING. THE DEVELOPMENT WILL ALSO INCLUDE ALL ASSOCIATED SITEWORKS AND DRAINAGE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE PROPOSED WORKS
