THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT IS WITHIN THE CURTILAGE OF THE FOLLOWING PROTECTED STRUCTURES, I.E. FORMER PRESENTATION CONVENT (RPS NO. 46-20), FORMER PRESENTATION CONVENT SCHOOL (RPS NO. 46-21) AND FORMER PRESENTATION CONVENT CHAPEL (RPS NO. 46-22). THE DEVELOPMENT IS LOCATED IMMEDIATELY TO THE WEST OF SAINT MICHAEL'S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (RPS REF. NO. 46-18). THE DEVELOPMENT WILL CONSIST OF A TOTAL OF 37 NO. RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND 40 NO.
