Construction of 2 no. additional windows on the western gable of the existing dwelling. 3. Reinstate 2 no. chimney structures above the roof plane that were previously demolished. 4. Replace existing windows and doors along with some minor alterations to existing door and window opes. 5. Demolish existing single storey garage and fuel store to the rear of the existing dwelling. 6. Demolish lean-to extension constructed to the rear of the dwelling. 7. Reconnection to existing site services and all associated site development works deemed necessary
