Block A and B will be constructed over a basement car park on lands to the north of Fortunestown Shopping Centre with frontage on to Cookstown Road and the proposed re-aligned Cookstown Road. Part of the lands are currently in the ownership of South Dublin County Council. This application will include a proposal to construct the re-alignment of the Cookstown Road and to close part of the existing section of the road to the east of the shopping centre to vehicular traffic.
