Demolition of existing staff toilet block and construction of a 219 square metre single storey extension facing Old Lucan Road / Main Street and refurbishment of existing bank premises consisting of banking hall teller counter, manager office, two meeting rooms, relationship manager's area, consultation area, ATM room, off counter cash room, secure customer lobby, open plan office, BSN/switch room, archive, CIT lobby, strong room, staff canteen, shower, staff toilets including disabled toilet. The existing entrance to be replaced by new banking hall entrance from Old Lucan Road. Erection of signage to Old Lucan Road elevation. The proposed relocation of the existing car park entrance, and erection of railings, wall, and entrance piers to car park boundary. Reorganisation of existing car park to increase parking capacity to 29 spaces, and provision of car park lighting. Demolition of existing boiler house, and associated flue and oil tank, to be replaced by roof mounted plant equipment concealed from street level by roof screens.
