SD03A/0294: Construction of a light industrial unit (1900sq.m.) on Site 200, which forms part of the lands serviced for industrial development at Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin for which the associated infrastructure works are covered under Planning Approval Register Reference Nos. S99A/0339 and S00A/0152. The development shall comprise a unit containing areas for light industrial use (10%), warehousing/servicing (32%), and ancillary related accommodation comprising offices, meeting rooms and staff facilities, including toilets and canteens. The development shall also include all associated site works including 37 carparking spaces, new entrance to site along the northern boundary, site landscaping to include native hedgerow and trees in a 2 metre planted strip on the western, northern and eastern site boundaries and a 4 metre planted strip to the southern site boundary, provision of a mobile construction machinery parking area enclosed on part of the northern and western boundary by a new brick-faced screen wall, and an internal dividing wall completing the new machinery parking area enclosure to match the new enclosing screen wall, also removal of existing palisade fencing and construction of new fencing to part of western boundary to match existing site boundary fencing (Register Reference Number SD03A/0294).
