(5) Revisions to 8 storey Block E comprising re-design of public house/entertainment venue and hotel facilities at ground, first and second floors including the removal of 3 no. retail units and increase of public house area at ground floor. Addition of fire escape stair from second floor entertainment venue to ground floor. Hotel dining facilities replaced with 5 no. double bedrooms at first floor. 6 no. double bedrooms replaced with hotel dining room, restaurant, kitchen and service stair at second floor. 1 no. double bedroom replaced with hotel service stair at third floor. Addition of fire escape staircases from apartments to southern and northern facades. Revised internal layout of hotel rooms on second and third floors. 2 no. 1 bed apartments replaced with 1 no. 2 bed apartment on floors 4 to 7. (6) Elevational changes to window openings, positions and balconies to Blocks A, B, C, D and E. (7) Addition of plant areas to roof level to Blocks A, B, C, D and E. (8) Redesign of all internal layouts to apartments. (9) Revisions to proposed basement car park consisting of the provision of 940 no. spaces over two levels, 5 no. accommodation staircases from ground to both basement levels, addition of bin stores, keg storage for public houses and tank rooms.
