Block D: consists of four no.2.5 storey duplexes each containing a ground floor two bedroom unit and a first and second floor three bedroom unit and associated ancillary site works including surface car-parking accessed from Monastery Road and underground car-parking is provided with access to the site from Monastery Park. The development is to include an extension on the applicants land to the rear of the existing Clondalkin Library (a protected structure) all on site of circa 1.1 acres at the junction of Monastery Road and Monastery Park.
