SD04A/0077 granted on 22nd July 2004) for the development of additional gross retail floor area, ancillary circulation areas and facilities and office area totalling 5194.6sq.m. to rear of central atrium at first floor level in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Fonthill Road Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The variations involve: (1) amalgamating approved unit 102 at first and second floor level with existing units 61/62 at ground floor level to form a single retail unit, (of 2687sq.m.) (2) amend (a) the rear wall of units 101 & 102 at first and second floor level by reducing their projection by 1 metre in depth, (b) omit part of rear parapet wall and rear roof light and (c) amend location of fire escape doors at ground floor level in rear elevation.
