The vehicular parking area is connected with the adjoining yard of Izuzu Ireland to the north. Planning Permission is also sought to complete the proposed works through the erection of improvement boundary treatments consisting of the demolition of the existing southern boundary wall adjoining Robinhood Road and the erection of a re-aligned 600mm low stone facing wall and 2.2m high railing (2.8m overall height) and associated screen landscaping along the Robinhood Road boundary. A revised vehicular access is proposed to provide one vehicular entrance of 6.5m width with gates of 2.8m height along the southern boundary adjoining Robinhood Road.
