The development provides for 90 car parking spaces at grade and 136 spaces in basement car park, a new internal road linking a new vehicular entrance off Fortunestown Way and a realigned vehicular entrance off Sundale park, the upgrading of the public open space adjacent to Molly Heffernan's, perimeter walls and new hard and soft landscaping.
