SD06A/0819: Additional information as follows: The revisions comprise of revised design and layout of proposed method of car parking access to the basement via car ramp from Whitehall Park and reduced number of spaces to 9 no. Omit apartment number 1. Merge the remaining single bedroom units to form 2 no. 3 bedroom units in lieu of 4 bed apartments with a consequential revised design, layout and renumbering of the scheme. Replace retail unit number 3 to use as office, as per Class 3 of Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (total area 51 sq.m). Alterations to landscaped courtyard layout and apartment access. Surface water and foul drainage layout and philosophy updated to incorporate layout changes. Make adequate provisions for refuse bin storage for retail, office and residential units. Details regarding legal interest in site. The proposed development now consists of (a) Demolition of existing 1 storey ground floor commercial unit; (b) 2 retail units at ground floor level facing Whitehall Road and Whitehall Park (total area 226 sq.m.); 1 office unit at ground floor level facing Whitehall Park total area 51 sq.m. (c) 6 no. 2 bed apartments (total 460sq.m.) and 2 no. 3 bed apartments (total 200 sq.m.) in single L shaped block to be 2 to 3 storeys in height with provision of balconies and terraces (d) basement level carparking comprising 9 no. carparking spaces and bicycle parking facilities. Carparking for the proposed development - the method of car parking access to the basement via car ramp from Whitehall Park; (e) landscaped courtyard and gardens at first floor (171sq.m.) and associated works all on a site of 698 sq.m. (0.069 ha.) Total gross floor area of development 1010 sq.m. All development to take place on a site of 698 sq.m (0.069 hectares)
