Omit apartment number 1. Merge the remaining single bedroom units to form 2 no. 3 bedroom units in lieu of 4 bed apartments with a consequential revised design, layout and renumbering of the scheme. Replace retail unit number 3 to use as office, as per Class 3 of Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (total area 51 sq.m). Alterations to landscaped courtyard layout and apartment access. Surface water and foul drainage layout and philosophy updated to incorporate layout changes. Make adequate provisions for refuse bin storage for retail, office and residential units.
