There are balconies and terraces within the development. A total of 126 no. surface car parking spaces and 82 cycle parking spaces are provided to serve the development. Permission is also sought for 2 no. pedestrian access points on to the Adamstown Link Road (SD04A/0964, PL 06S.211506), bin storage facilities and revised site development and landscape works. Vehicular access to serve the development will be taken from the R120 Lock Road/Newcastle Road, via the existing access point to the Hansted development. All on a site of approx. 1.69 hectares.
