(d) The erection of a new boundary wall around the entire estate and the creation of a new vehicular entrance from Lock Road. (e) The widening of Lock Road and provision of a new left turn at the new entrance to the site and the creation of a new two meter wide pedestrian footpath along Lock Road. (f) All associated infrastructure and site development works including landscaping, boundary treatments and internal road works.
