The 2 no. apartment blocks A and B have also been split into two, now comprising of apartment block A1 (9 units), A2 (15 units), B1 (9 units) and B2 (15 units). Other revisions include the relocation of the ramp serving the basement carpark, the reduction in size of the basement from 4,110 sq. m. to 3,440 sq. m. and the reduction in spaces provided from 78 to 72. The maximum height has been reduced from 9.77m to 9.375m above ground level. The development will be accessed via and built concurrently with the previously granted planning permission. The open space requirements are also met as part of the overall development planning permission SD06A/0699. The application site area now extends to 1.11 acres or 0.45 hectares. Connections to foul and surface water sewers will be via previously granted planning permission SD06A/0699. This application is for the revised apartment blocks A and B as omitted under Condition No. 3 of granted planning permission SD06A/0699.
