SD07A/0351: Revised Plans include revisions to the application site boundary, the reduction in the number of units from 52 (previously 28 no. 2 bed duplexes, 16 no. 1 bed apartments, 4 no. 2 bed apartments and 4 no. 3 bed apartments) to 48 units, comprising of 16 no. 1 bed apartments, 6 no. 2 bed apartments, 20 no. 2 bed duplexes, 2 no. 3 bed apartments and 4 no. 3 bed duplexes.
