The existing access point will be closed. The development will be served by 27 car parking spaces of which 25 spaces will be located within the basement and 2 no. vistor car parking spaces will be provided to the front of Block A. 30 cycle parking spaces are also proposed within the basement. A new separate pedestrian access will be created off Waterstown Avenue. Permission is also sought for all site development works including infrastructure to service the development.
