SD07A/0666: Amend previously permitted mix use development (the 'parent permission', Register Reference SD03A/0271). The development will consist of the following amendments to the permitted retail area: Change of use proposed for Unit 4 for the change of use from permitted Class (1) to Class (2), as listed in the Planning and Development Regulations 2006. (Permission is sought to alter the use from that permitted, a shop, to a 130 sq.m. William Hill Betting Office). The development will also consist of 2 satellite dishes and associated antennae at roof level and minor re-configuration of the internal walls. The development also consists of the retention of the following amendments: internal revisions to the permitted retail arrangement, related amendments to the elevations at ground floor and the inclusion of a breakwater tank. Internal revisions relate to 527.5 sq.m. of the parent permission. The schemes services (mechanical and electrical, water supply, sewage disposal and surface water disposal) will form part of those permitted in the parent permission. The site is within the Clondalkin IAP zone.
