GrantedDecided 23 January 2008South Dublin County Council

SD07A/0928: Temporary retention permission ( for a period of 36 months) for development at this site (0.64ha approximately), adjacent to Whitehall House (protected structure), Ballymount Road, Dublin 24. The temporary development consists of a hardcore access road, an area of hardstanding, (both of which facilitate the strorage of topsoil from the Landsdown Road Stadium redevelopment) and areas of mounded topsoil. The entrance to the access road is via an existing agricultural entrance, off Ballymount Road, and the access road runs for 135meters approx. It is proposed as part of this application to landscape the site and to reinstate the entire site to its original state on the expiry of the temporary permission.
